Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items purchased during sales or as part of bundle offers are not eligible for returns. Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving the order.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.
Order inspection is available upon delivery. Customers are welcome to inspect their order while the courier is present before accepting it.
Partial acceptance of an order is not allowed. Orders must be accepted in full or rejected in full. Receiving part of the order and refusing the remaining items is not permitted.
If you refuse to accept your order upon delivery, you will be responsible for the return/non-delivery fees.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, we will replace it free of charge, including all shipping costs.
If you choose to return a wrong item instead of exchanging it, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Our responsibility is limited to providing a free replacement.

Refund Timeline
Refunds take 7 to 14 days from the date the courier collects the returned products from you.
Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If your order was delivered with free shipping and you return it, you will be responsible for both the original delivery shipping cost and the return shipping fees.
